A sentence review about every 2020 video game release I’ve played this year so far
Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore — I love this game, but my wife didn’t, so I didn’t get very far this time!
Granblue Fantasy Versus — A beautiful and accessible fighting game set in Cygame’s massively popular Granblue Fantasy universe.
Call of Duty Warzone — I don’t like battle royale games, this one wasn’t any different, but I suppose I liked it slightly more than usual!
Nioh 2– An amazing sequel to Team Ninja’s spin on the ‘Soulslike’ genre, it’s better than the original even!
Animal Crossing New Horizon — Animal Crossing is a horror video game.
Resident Evil 3– We got halfway through this game and just kind of stopped playing for some reason, but we enjoyed what we played of it!
Final Fantasy VII Remake — I wrote a review for this game and it’s easily the least popular thing I’ve ever written, seriously!
Trials of Mana — I tried playing this on Switch and PS4, but it never stuck, I want to get back to it though!
Persona 5 Royal — I played the first hour of it and I want to get back to it at some point, but it’s sooooooo long!!
Phantasy Star Online 2– The Windows Store fucking sucks!!
Helltaker — Rule 34.
Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition — I finally learned to love this game, and my wife finally learned to love Reyn.
Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics — We mainly played ‘Yatch Dice’, but this is a very fun collection of games!
Legends of Runeterra — This is a pretty damn good card game!
SINoAlice — Yoko Taro presents another group of fucked up individuals and Keiichi Okabe is there too!
The Last of Us 2 — Oops, I didn’t actually play this, but man, people sure got mad about this, huh?
Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2– I like it, just less so than the other two Bloodstained games!
Ghost of Tsushima — Jin Sakai Simulator 2020
Necrobarista — I’ve only played a tiny bit of this but it didn’t seem… great?
Rogue Company — You know I gotta represent for Hi-Rez, better than Valorant!
Streets of Rage 4– It seems good, but the lack of voice acting is a strange omission.
Fall Guys — I’m sorry, I just don’t like Fall Guys!
Risk of Rain 2 — This game is great, I just get kind of bored of it after a while though.
Mortal Shell — HARDEN
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1 + 2 — This game just kind of made me depressed for some reason!
Spellbreakers — Seems real dumb!
Hades — Everyone is fuckable!
13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim — Why isn’t the chonky girl a main character?!
Genshin Impact — Fischl come home!!
